Berlin sounding: Germany is not a party political prison

An election victory gives legitimacy, but no immunity. Anyone can criticize any majority decision, take to the streets, warn and admonish. However, the state must not only treat parties equally. Every country is also equal before the law, regardless of the political colors of its government. The state financial compensation, for example, would not go to AfD, BSW or a Berlin left alliance, but would benefit the respective federal state. Of course, the state government then determines the fate of the country, for which it was elected, and it also distributes the money, if something has to be distributed. But the Federal Republic is not a party political prison. Preservation of the form, the use of the various checks and balances, is not only the essence of the rule of law, but also the possibility of combating extremism. Even the countries have obligations socialization plans are not per se unconstitutional. But the federal government could try to put a stop to expropriation projects by legal means. We can argue about that. The Federation must adhere to its obligations towards the Länder. But also the countries to their towards the Bund. Countries are not responsible for foreign policy. They are obliged to enforce federal laws and, of course, to comply with the constitutional order. There are ways to ensure that. And anyone who reads a kind of purebred proof of origin into German citizenship and no longer considers others as Germans or, on the other hand, no longer attaches any importance to nationality and squanders the German passport, also opposes our foundation.
