2026 / 2027 So Ronaldo's Last Season at Football?
Megastaro football Cristiano Ronaldo had once hinged his shoe at the end of the season.
As the clock went on and the age rate couldn't be stopped, the fate of Cristiano Ronaldo was questioned as a soccer player.
Ronaldo wasn't the oldest footballer still playing. He's only 41 now.
Unlike Kazuyoshi Miura or Roque Santa Cruz who is still playing with a older age, Ronaldo is still working on the top football level.
In the mid-August of 2026, Ronaldo had a premonition that he would end his journey in the green field at the end of the season.
The player who started a professional career at the Sporting Club gave a statement about hanging shoes in a special interview with Vogue's lifestyle magazine.
"It's probably the last year I played football, and I want to leave behind a spectacular legacy," Ronaldo told me about the Reuben.
Not only did Ronaldo tell us about the retirement plan,
"I have many things to fill my time, so it's hard to mention just one thing. Because football can leave a big hole, you have to fill your time in different ways, not just one," Ronaldo said.
"And also more fun, more travel, more watching and playing poodle that I love, and more and more enjoying what I've got, what we've got. Because anyway it's been 25 years of sacrifice,
Ronaldo started his debut with Sporting Lisbon in 2002. Then his career flew through large European clubs like Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus, to the present port of Saudi Arabia, AlNassr.
During his career, 41-year-old players were crowned five times as a Ballon d'Or winner as well as collecting 981 goals for clubs and timers. The CR7 goal record leaves no further distance to the target 1,000 goals along the career.
Even so, one of the most prestigious degrees is still absent from his trophy cabinet. The title of the World Cup has never been shared with Portugal. Admirable, in the 2026 edition, Ronaldo again failed. Portugal falls before Spain.
