A 129 Day Ditch, Judge PN Cibinong Terminated MA

The Office of Honor of Justice (MKH) sentenced the State Court Judge (PN) The Cibinong that was accused of being a High Court Judge (PT) INS initial.

The MKH has sanctioned a permanent discharge by the INS pension. MKH, which consists of the Judicial Commission and the Supreme Court (MA), states that the INS have not come to work for 129 days without justifiable reason.

The verdict was dropped without presence. MKH says INS has been called twice legally and belongs on the MKH forum.

The Assembly states that the US disciplinary punishment has nothing to do with handling charges, bribes, or misuse of office. The MKH declared INS was convicted, but did not comply with the strict disciplinary penalty of two years of nonhammer judges in Southeast PT in August 2023.

INS was last recognized present on September 6, 2023 at the signing of the decree (SK) disciplinary punishment at the Cibinong PN. During a P.A. examination on February 23, 2024 and March 13, 2024 was recorded for 129 days.

Southeast P.T. has been many times contacted in the report, but no response. Two warning letters for INS to return to duty have also been issued, but those in question remain unrequired.

The Assembly called the INS to disobey the sanctions that Chairman MA dropped so that it was judged to degrade the custody of the MA; derail as a judge for a very long time; has been sentenced to three disciplinary sentences, each in 2016, 2022, and 2023; uncooperative; and showed no remorse for what he did.

It is known that the MKH Assembly's hearings consist of four members of KY, Abhan, Satrik Hartono, Willem Saija, and Anita Kadir. Meanwhile, the MA is represented by three grand judges, the Jupriyadi, Budi Nugroho, and Lucas Prakoso.
