According to the Chairman of the Commissioner of the Financial Services (OJK) Friderica Widyasari Goddess, the recognition of the sanctioned takes time.
Women who are familiar at Kiki's expense say sanctions should be as per the rules and should not be in the least due to having to go through the phase of evidence and regulation.
"We all do if we sanction it there will be rules. We see from the rules of the law, there are other rules of the OJK, which we also can't just go to Kiki when we're at the end of the 2026 Ijtima 'Santama, at the Grand Mercury Harmoni Hotel, Jakarta Center, Tuesday (20 / 10 / 2026).
Kiki admitted that all three emitens have long been public talks. However, OJK confirmed the need to be cautious and time to determine a fair and legal form of sanctions.
"If these three emitens had actually been this conversation for some time. However, indeed we say, it does take time for us to come up with sanctions like what it takes," he said.
For example, Kiki, handling the DSSA emiten case involving quite a lot of party and securities. For that, he called taking time.
"So, we need a process. So, let's not say, 'oh, the enforcement isn't there, it's light.' Not like that, because we need to process," obviously.
