Minister of Investment and Hilirization / Chief of Modal Enforcement Agency (BKPM) Rosan Roeslani says in the two years of President Prabowo Subianto's reign achieved absorption of 5,485,944 labor in the last two years based on investment realization.

Rosan explained, investment outside Java dominated by 51.8% contribution or worth Rp 2,031 trillion. Meanwhile, Java donated 48.2% of its total investment, equivalent Rp 1,892.2 trillion.

While based on its origin, domestic investments (PMDN) reach Rp 1,988.7 trillion or 50.9% of the total investment. This number is a little higher than the foreign investment (PMA) recorded for Rp 1,924.5 trillion or 49.1%.

Rosan added Baptists had set an investment target that needed to be achieved to support economic growth by 8% in 2029. For a period of 2025-2029, the total investment targeted reached Rp 13.032.8 trillion.
