The price of Evolving Oil, the acceptance of Migas is targeted at 109%

SKK Migas reports state reception from the upstream sector to 80% of the target APBN. Projected to 2026 can reach 109% due to rising oil prices.

The price of Evolving Oil, the acceptance of Migas is targeted at 109%

The Earth Oil and Gas Enforcement Task Force (SKK Migas) reports that state reception from the river migas sector has now reached about 80% of the target of income and the State Shopping. Until the end of 2026, the country's acceptance of the migas sector was projected to 109% of its targets.

Financial Deputy and Commercial SkK Migas Desti Melanti says the projection of acceptance goes beyond that APBN target is driven by the rise in Indonesian Crude Price (ICP) prices, which were able to penetrate US $100 per barrel. That number is higher than assuming the price of oil in APBN is US $75 a barrel.

Desti estimates the price of oil to the end of the year could potentially survive at US range $95-98 a barrel. The price can even reach US $100 a barrel if the current geopolitical condition continues until the end of the year.

"In today's growing geopolitical naika that ICP is globally impacting the increase in acceptance of the state will certainly contribute quite significantly. This year in 2026 Inshallah we scored 109% higher than the fixed APBN target," The story on the Forum Economic Hulu Migas (FOREK Hulu Migas) 2026 in Jakarta, Tuesday (20 / 10 / 2026).

Even so, SKK Migas confirmed the increase in oil prices is not the only reliable factor to increase state acceptance. Production and lifting migas also need to be optimized so that the country's acceptance targets can be achieved.

"Without the efforts and the commercial strategies performed by SkK Migas and contractor- counter-cooperation and the users of state-admissions policies are certainly difficult," in effect.

On the other hand, Desti says the increase in oil prices is also potentially increasing the burden of subsidies and the government's energy compensation. Therefore, the increase in oil prices can't be used as a primary opportunity to improve the country's acceptance.

"We don't expect at a price like this, though, because the impacts could be a compensation subsidizer. But it's something that, in part, at the very least, upstream results can contribute from the additional acceptance of the state due to the rise in commodities," brilliant.
