The DA accepts the SPDP Case Explosion at Grand Polonia Field House

State Attorney's office received an SPDP suspect in an explosion at Grand Polonia mansion, Medan.

The District Attorney has received a start-up notice from Polrestabes Field on the handling of the explosion in Grand Polonia's luxury housing, Mustang Road, Polonia Field Expression, City of the Plains.

Field Intel Cases, Valentino Harry Parluwang Manurung, says the SPDP that the prosecutor accepted in the name of Iqbal suspect. The SPDP was accepted on August 19, 2026.

"SPDP is in Iqbal's name but not P21. The file is still P18 / P19. Anything that should be equipped with investigators cannot be published for the sake of investigating," Valentino said to CNN Indonesia, Tuesday (20 / 10).

In that SPDP file Iqbal is called working as a private PT employee of PGAS Solutions which is a partner of the State Gas Company (PGN). He was snagged with Article 308 verses 2 and 3 KUHP juncto Article 311 of KupIP.

"Private employee work, company partner from PGN, Pegasol. For now the SPDP file we received was just one suspect," Valentino says.

Previously, the Chief of Staff of the Field of Pol Calvijn Simanjunga said that the explosion at Grand Polonia's mansion has been raised to the investigation stage. One man processed as a suspect.
