Cristiano Ronaldo gets a fine of 255 euros aka Rp5.1 million for leaving Portugal's team in the middle of UEFA Nations League. That number is clearly almost meaningless to Ronaldo.
With Ronaldo's salary in Al Nassr touching 208 million euro aka Rp4.2 trillion per year, that Rp5.2 million fine is the equivalent of 39 seconds' salary. That number shows the fine that's given won't do any good to Ronaldo.
Besides the fine, Ronaldo gets suspended for a month, counting from October 1. This sentence also has no direct impact whatsoever because it means Ronaldo has been able to reinforce the Portuguese team for the UEFA Nations League on the FIFA Match November window.
Ronaldo was convicted of the Portugal Football Federation for leaving Portugal's team. CR7 had a falling out with Jorge Jesus for being rejected by a number of decisions made together.
Even without Ronaldo, Portugal doesn't have a significant obstacle. Bruno FernandPortugal wins 4-2 at Denmark headquarters and then wins thin 2-1 over Norway in Porto.
The 12 points record of four games has confirmed Portugal has passed to the quarter final UEFA Nations League. The remaining two fights in November are the duel against Denmark and to Wales.
Ronaldo currently holds the most record goals for national teams all over the world with 146 goals. With Messi's retirement from the Argentina team, Ronaldo's record won't be interrupted anytime soon.
Ronaldo himself claimed to have considered retirement after the 2026 World Cup but then reelected the Portuguese team at UEFA Nations League.
