Telkomsel’s ‘Share the Joy’ Campaign: Electric Cars and Motorbikes to Be Won

Telkomsel is showing its appreciation to Simpati, Halo and Orbit customers through the ‘Bagi-Bagi Bahagia’ programme, which offers prizes via a prize draw based on transaction activity, running from 12 October 2026 to 8 February 2027.

The ‘Bagi-Bagi Bahagia’ programme is Telkomsel’s way of expressing its appreciation for the trust placed in it by customers who have accompanied the company on its digital service journey for over 31 years.

Prize draws will be held weekly throughout the programme period, with a total of 17 draws. Telkomsel has prepared a total of 151 prizes, comprising 31 BYD M6 EVs and 120 Yamaha NMAXs.

Telkomsel’s Marketing Director, Lionel Chng, stated that customers are a vital part of Telkomsel’s journey. To that end, Telkomsel continues to seek ways to add value to every customer interaction.

“Through ‘Bagi-Bagi Bahagia’, we aim to offer a simple yet meaningful gesture of appreciation by giving customers the chance to receive rewards for activities that are already part of their daily lives with Telkomsel. This spirit is central to our commitment to ‘Serving with All Our Hearts’,” said Lionel.

To take part in the ‘Bagi-Bagi Bahagia’ programme, customers simply need to register via the MyTelkomsel app, or send an SMS to 777 by typing JOIN, BBB or YES, or via USSD *700*136#.

Once registration is complete, transactions that meet the criteria will automatically generate a prize draw coupon.

Coupons are earned from eligible transactions, including the purchase of data, voice, SMS and VAS packages, DLS, as well as postpaid bill payments.

Every rounded multiple of Rp10,000 in transaction value will generate one prize draw entry. The accumulated entries will then be included in the weekly prize draw throughout the programme period.

Winners will be announced via the MyTelkomsel app no later than H+4 after each draw, with Telkomsel covering the prize tax and the costs of distributing prizes to the winners.

Customers are advised to remain vigilant against any form of fraud carried out in the name of Telkomsel. Official information regarding the ‘Bagi-Bagi Bahagia’ programme, including the mechanism, list of winners, and the programme’s terms and conditions, is only available via the MyTelkomsel app and Telkomsel’s official channels at telkomsel.com.
