The judge of the Banku Court, Banyufuu, who was accused of being the High Court Judge of Religion (PTA), K was sentenced to a nonhammer for two years.

Based on the Honor Court of the Judge (MKH) trial held by the Judicial Commission (KY) and the Supreme Court (MA), Monday (19 / 10), K proved to leave the office on duty hours to travel with a woman named N, which led to sexual relations outside of the wedding. "Dedicated to a heavily sanctioned judge of nonhammer for two years at PTA, with the terms of a judge's tenure not being paid during a non-sleuth judge," the Chief of MKH Noor Edi Yono with a written statement shared by HUmas KY, Tuesday (20 / 10).

However, according to K, his superiors banned the extraction of reports because worrying about those issues will grow longer. K admitted to following his superiors' direction.

The testimony of both of them will not be easiness. K also handed over some letter evidence, including a peace statement between him and N.

Meanwhile, the ties of the Indonesian magistrate in his defense beg for MKH's lighter sanctions. The consideration that was given between the other K had a family back together and had a child. In consideration of his verdict, MKH assessed the K description which states that N has asked and initiative to have sexual intercourse outside of marriage is not acceptable for contrary to the examination results at PTA Mataram. As for K, it covers his confession that he will not repeat it.

MKH has also considered K's period of devotion as a judge since 2008 and his good manners during his duties as a Yustisial judge.

Meanwhile, the incriminating thing about K is that it was done when he served as Vice Chairman of Dompu's PA. "Decided, first, to accept a plea of supply for some.
