Victim's Story of Indosuka's Six Years' Fight for Rugs · Global Voices

The long struggle of six years has finally yielded the results of thousands of victims of the black-money Savings Savings Loan (CSP) Indosolar. The Aset Repair Agency officially funneled the first stage of Rp 229.4 billion to the victims.

The transfer of compensation was hand-in-hand by the head of the BPA of the Yusrian Attorney Jaya to the victim's representative, Wan Teddy Adrian, at the D.A. 's office, South Jakarta (20 / 10 / 2026).

Teddy told me he'd been partnering up and putting funds in Indosuka KSP for three years. During that period, he confessed that the original profit division had a chance to walk before it was completely jammed.

However, in 2020, there was a failure to pay. Teddy said it took the victims six years to escort this case until the compensation started to melt.

"Yes, today. Today we have fought with LSK, with BPA, with Fingers, with all agencies," Teddy's Head.

"If we knew, we'd be mostly Indosular customers, too, old. And they're generally saving up in banks and they usually get to know each other better, maybe the bank people, that kind of relationship manager. Christian mentioned at the time that he decided to keep his money in Indosuka KSP. Because, interest offered about 8 percent per year.

"For the interest he had during my 2017 they remained loving, until they failed to pay in 2020," waiting for him.

He mentioned his total personal loss to Rp 3 billion. At this first stage, he estimated to only receive about 70 million Rp.

Christian confessed his gratitude for realization of this early stage of compensation. But he's hoping that law enforcement continues to pursue other assets that are listed in the court's ruling but haven't been seized or auctioned.

Not only that, he also insisted that the other suspect with a fugitive status be arrested immediately and returned to the Fatherland.

"And our concern is also for the fugitive, this financial director is a fugitive, Suwito Job, So we're hoping from BPA, the DA, the police, the barescrem, Interpol, can bring the suspect home," hope.

According to Christian, the arrest and return of the suspect is crucial for a hidden assets search to be maximized for collateral damage.

"So from that suspect we expect to get another asset back. So in order for the loss of the victim to be maximum restored, don't just keep this over with. We really didn't expect that, though. We believe there will be more," capture it.
