Interview on the AfD: Why does the “image” boss take back?

Interview on the AfD: Why does the “image” boss take back?

This was a crisp interview of Marion Horn in the specialist service “Kress Pro” a few days ago. The “Bild” editor-in-chief spoke freely away from the liver. She told how her journal wins readers that “image” must be “first” – faster than anyone else with relevant information – the mood in the editorial team is good and she receives “no briefing” from Springer boss Mathias Döpfner. Recognizably troublesome were Horn’s questions, which her “Kress Pro” editor-in-chief Markus Wiegand asked about her deputy Paul Ronzheimer and his role at the time of former “Bild” boss Julian Reichelt. She praised Ronzheimer, who has just given up his deputy position in order to make his podcast as an independent brand for Springer, exuberantly: He is “a star in Germany, not only at Axel Springer”, and “there is no wrongdoing from him.” This is my attitude. When asked how much responsibility Bild bears for the rise of the AfD, Horn went out of his way: The attempt to push the political shift in Germany into the shoes of Bild and other media was relatively transparent. It is about “clearly naming where our readers and German citizens feel badly served by the government”. Then Horn became personal: In her office hang a poster. Such a sports aircraft pulls an advertisement behind it. It says, “Fuck AfD.” This is my attitude. Do you want there to be “just one photo” of her “with Mrs. Weidel”? No. Is it unjournalistic? Unfortunately, yes. Is it really “unjournalistic” to keep your personal political stance behind the mountain? Isn’t it expressed in comments anyway? Marion Horn seems not only to be so sure of her – rough – choice of words, but also of her role. In any case, she backs down on Linkedin. The interviewer, she claims, tried to “blame Bild” for the fact that the AfD is growing so strongly. She let herself be provoked and said that she was personally – “as a citizen” – “not a friend of the AfD”, and that with “this stupid saying that Antifa hijacked for herself”. The saying is stupid, it also hang “no poster in the editorial office with this sentence”. She does not sympathize with the AfD, not with the left and does not vote for the Greens. The debate over the firewall and an AfD ban, she believes, is wrong and has “never discredited AfD voters”. This should be noted, as their “opponents” now located them “on the left-radical shore”. Marion Horn left-wing? Only AfDler can come up with the idea. Is the self-correction including poster recall directed to their address? By the way, the “Kress Pro” editor-in-chief Wiegand “Bild” has nothing. He just asked.

Outcry on the left: The Jew should simply emigrate

From the Facebook account of the left-wing politician Jörg Johann from Trier, the Jewish publicist Malca Goldstein-Wolf gets the advice that she should leave the country. That was a hacker, says the politician. Is that credible?
