KPK Request Nucron Wahid Cooperative Double-Time Call Summary

The Corruption Commission asked the ATR Minister / Chief of BPN, Nusron Wahid, for cooperative to attend the call twice as much as a hearing as a witness.

Nusron was scheduled to be investigated as a witness on the alleged bribery case regarding HT Summarecon Supreme Tbk's HT reception in the vicinity of the ATR / BPN Ministry which was revealed through Operation Handgrab.

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said some suspects in that case were Nuston's trusted. He said, "Do not be afraid.

Budi also mentioned the status of Nusron as a public official who was supposed to be a model in the process of law.

"Of course we hope that those who are concerned with cooperative in the legal process, especially those related to the ATR / BPN Ministry," said Budi to the press, Tuesday (20 / 10).

Budi said the investigator will see why Nusron missed the call. On a call last Thursday (15 / 10), Nusron was absent for traveling abroad.

"Of course it's also a matter of treatment by investigators, yes, pertaining to the activities that remain in effect when investigators have been far away the day before have sent a warrant to the pertinent," he said.

Budi says investigators are still considering the next move against Nusron, including the possibility of publishing a warrant to pick him up.

"Which is certain at this time that investigators are still in the process of further attempts, including the possibility of publishing a second call, whether later along with a warrant carrying or what, we'll see how it goes,

KPK has set eight people as suspects in the case of suspected bribes regarding HT Summarecon Supreme Tbk and other receipts in the Ministry of ATR / BPN.

They are the head of the Bogor I District Office, Sontang Coin Manurung; Golikar Party politician, Fahd El Fouz alias Fahd A Rafiq; former Regent of Culture, Arif Sugiyanto; President of PT Summarecon Supreme Tbk, Adrianto Pitojo Adhi.

The other four suspects are Director General Control and Earth Control and Room Ministry ATR / BPN, Lampri, as well as Muhammad Fakhry, Erwin, and Rial Pahlevi.

Arif, Fahd, Erwin, and Muhammad Fakhry called KPK as a man of Nudron Wahid's trust. The suspects are being held temporarily for investigation at the State Prison Branch of the White House KPK.
