Do you want to compare Yayan and Messi? Not now, wait later

Paris Coach SaintThat 56-year-old Entrenador assessed the Barcelona star hasn't yet reached the equivalent of its senior.

The PSG will face the Yamal-reinforced Barcelona in the continued Champions League on Wednesday (21 / 10 / 2026) at 02.00 pm in Paris. That 19-year-old winger has become one of the most important players in Les Parsiens.

This season, he has scored nine goals and 10 assists in just 11 appearances. The record has strengthened his position as a vital pillar of Barcelona since the first team to the age of 15 in 2023.

Since the debut with Barca, he has donated three LaLeague titles, one Copa del Rey, and two Spanish Super Cup. While at timnas level, he brought Spain to win the European Cup 2024 and the World Cup 2026. He's also been routinely nominated for Ballon d'Or in the last three years.

Considering he and Messi both came from Barca Academy, it's only natural that they're both a lot compared. The enrique that's been asked to judge today are two very different levels,

"I think that Lamine wanted to be herself, and she did very well," Enrique said when asked about the Yayan at the press meeting on Monday (19 / 10), quoted ESPN.

"He continues to evolve in every aspect of his game, but if you compare it to the best player of all time, there will be only one winner."

"Maybe we can talk about it in the future, but for now, it's best not to compare him to Messi," resolute Enrique.
