OJK Check HSC stock!

Financial Services (OJK) officials are checking stocks with high concentration of high ownership or High Shareholding Construction (HSC) regarding alleged stock violations. The OJK has also pocketed the identity of those suspected parties involved in the violation.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Modal Market Finance, and the OJK Carbon Exchange Hasan Fawzi says, all known parties are currently under investigation. The test results will be announced gradually after the process is completed.

"As it was yesterday, at the time after the examination, from time to time we will publish the results of the examination," Hasan is in the Indonesian Exchange Building (BEI), Jakarta, Tuesday (20 / 10 / 2026).

For your information, the three shares Hasan mentioned were DSSA, BREN and CUAN previously sanctioned by OJK.

Hasan confirmed, the investigation was not necessarily led to the corrections. OJK remains in the face of an alleged, innocent basis for all parties being examined.

"Once again, the examination will certainly lead to two major possibilities, proven guilty or unproven. Let's not forget, we also have to put forward the premise of innocence," Light Hasan.

According to Hasan, the OJK has to bag hard evidence before it concludes the breach. Therefore, the examination is done to determine whether the actions committed by related parties are violating the terms of the market capital.

If found evidence of a breach, OJK will announce the results of the examination at the same time to drop the charges. Law enforcement will be adjusted to any type of proven offense.

"By the time it's proven and complete the entire enquiry, we will certainly publish in the form of sanctions and law enforcement.
