Dear Dutch Tourist, please enjoy Bajo's Labor View Covered in Smoke Fog
The smog phenomenon in the Bajo Swamp and the National Park Komodo, the NTT has recently been considered to lower sight and beauty of the landscape.
The smog phenomenon or haze that hit the Bajo Swamp and the National Park Komodo, East Nusa has recently lowered view and beauty of the landscape.
A Dutch tourist visiting Bajo's camp, Nick, recognizing his super priority destinations would be more beautiful if it wasn't covered in smoke.
"Honestly, this place is beautiful. The sunset we just witnessed was incredible, even though it was covered in smoke. But I also imagine how wonderful it would be if the sky was really bright blue without this fog," Nick said when talking to CNNindonesia.com at the peak on Tuesday (20 / 10), late at WlTA. Nick added that he had seen pictures of Bajo's reptile online, so the presence of smoke made him feel less. Even so, the unique landscape in the National Park Komodo area remains stunning to him.
"The view is quite different from the Dutch and elsewhere. I still feel very lucky to be here," he said.
Nick also told me his concerns about the fog coming from the forest fires in other areas.
Long range of fires, but still a significant impact on the Bajo Plane made him realize how vast the impact of climate change is going on. "I hope the international world really takes climate change seriously. The forest fires that have plagued the world, including Europe this summer, are a real warning to all of us. The drought and temperatures that are getting extreme trigger fires are easier than ever, Nick's hope was simple, but profound: so that the entire nation united pressed the speed of climate change, so that the beauty of nature like in Bajo's Plane can still enjoy future generations.
