Good chocolate breakfast for Pascamenopause? This is the study

Sweets including chocolate usually avoid people who are guarding their blood sugar, especially at breakfast. But brown apparently offers a lot of benefit to women who have experienced menopause. How?

Basically, chocolate itself does have a number of benefits for the body. One of them was the polypheni content.

According to a study in the Oxidative Medicine and Cellular Longevity journals in 2012, it says polyfenols in cocoa can reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular disease, preventing inflammation, metabolism disorders, to cancer.

So, what's the point of a chocolate breakfast for women after menopause? Look at the following reviews:

According to a study published in The FACEB Journal (2021), consuming chocolate in the morning can lower the waist of a pastamenpause woman.

19 women who were in the pascamenopause phase participated in that study. They consume 100 grams of milk chocolate containing 542 calories per portion of the week.

The participants are divided into groups that consume milk chocolate at an hour after waking up, an hour before bedtime, and don't consume chocolate at all.

The researchers did not find significant change in weight in all groups. But fasting glucose is 4.9 percent higher in groups that consume at night than in the morning.

As for eating chocolate in the morning to reduce the fasting glucose by 4.4 percent instead of not taking it at all.

Moreover, brown breakfast women also suffer a drop in the waist of 1.7 percent and report less hungry all day.

Despite the uplifting results, the nutritionist Avery Zenker reminded us of small-scale research. It takes further research to prove this study claim.

"The evidence there shows, the flavanol in the cacao has an antioxidant effect that can increase both the health of metabolism and insulin sensitivity," said Zenker, by Lady's World.

As for the polyfenol content in milk chocolate it's no higher than black chocolate. But Zenker also agreed to eat chocolate in the morning to reduce the desire for sweet food.

Enjoying morning sweethearts can actually help reduce the feeling of food deprivation.

"Participants who consume chocolate in the morning may have consumed most of their daily calories earlier in the day compared to those who eat chocolate at night," Zenker's forehead.

Zenker gave us a tip on how to get chocolate breakfast to keep it going without needing extra calories and sugar intake.

Instead of eating milk chocolate, try black chocolate or higher battery level. According to Zenker, the health benefits of black chocolate are more consistent.

"Black chocolate is also usually lower sugar and higher fibers, which tend to be better for blood sugar than milk chocolate. Pick a black chocolate with at least 75 to 80 percent of the cocoa solids, because it contains more flavonol," Zenker's lips.

To maximize its benefits, a black chocolate mix with fiber and protein at breakfast to slow down the blood sugar response. Zenker recommended 20-30 grams of chocolate to a balanced breakfast containing proteins and fibers.

"Fibres found in vegetables, fruits, whole grain, nuts, and seeds," says Zenker.

That's the benefit of a chocolate breakfast and how to consume it for a pascamenopause woman. For those of you who have a special condition like diabetes, first consult the added intake with related doctors.
